Everything Rides on One Order

1. Measure before you choose a size, because sizing runs to the brand's own chart rather than a standard one and varies between categories, so the reliable method is measuring a garment you already wear and comparing it against the product page.

2. Put everything you are unsure about into a single order, since the free return label is one per customer rather than one per order, and splitting a decision across two orders means paying for the second return.

3. Check the exclusion list before adding to the cart, as underwear, bodysuits, jewelry, bikinis and swimwear cannot be returned at all regardless of condition, and neither can anything worn, washed or with the tags removed.

4. Use customer service for an exchange rather than returning and reordering, because exchanges are handled manually by email and the replacement ships once the original is received, which avoids spending a return on the same item twice.

5. Check the cart against the free shipping threshold for your country, since the figure differs by market and a small addition often costs less than the shipping charge it removes.

6. Browse the sale section before the full-price collections, as it carries regular markdowns across dresses, tops, outerwear and accessories, and discounted prices are not refundable so the decision matters more there.
