The Swift slip-ons trade that structure for convenience, better suited to commuting and errands than to sustained running. The Hands Free collection is built around the step-in mechanism itself, so choose it when getting the shoe on matters as much as what happens once it's on. Mesh uppers run through the range and breathe well, which suits warm weather and indoor training but offers little in sustained wet conditions.
