From House Slippers to Work Shoes

Fitory makes comfort footwear and sells it direct, across a range that runs from house slippers to shoes you would wear to work. The women's side is the broader one, covering pumps, Mary Janes, heels, loafers, clogs, sandals, slides, boots and slippers. The men's side is narrower and concentrates on clogs, sandals and slippers. The catalog can be browsed by occasion rather than by shoe type, across everyday wear, work and events, weekend style, and home comfort. That last one is the unusual part: indoor footwear is treated as a category in its own right here rather than as an afterthought at the end of the range, which is why the slippers get as much shelf space as the boots.

A Refund If It Does Not Arrive in Three Weeks

Fitory publishes an unusual promise on late deliveries. If an order has not arrived within twenty-one days of the date it was placed, it qualifies for a full refund, which is a firmer commitment than most direct sellers make and a useful one when the alternative is an open-ended wait. The clock runs from the order date rather than from dispatch, so processing time counts against it. The exclusions are the ordinary ones and worth knowing: it does not apply where a delay is caused by force majeure, where the delivery problem is the customer's own, or during certain sales events, which the company names rather than leaving vague. Note that this is a separate route from the return policy and runs on its own clock.
