PopGrips Are Just One Piece of the Lineup Now

PopSockets has expanded well past the original grip: the MagSafe PopGrip and PopWallet Plus snap on via magnets, natively on iPhone 12 and later, via a magnetic ring case on Android (see the compatibility FAQ above), and the lineup now includes the PowerPack for battery support and MagSafe Kick-Out for adjustable viewing angles. Design-wise, the Tidepool and Chroma finishes use liquid-fill and iridescent effects, and newer products increasingly use plant-based materials.

Compatibility Depends on the Case as Much as the Phone

MagSafe is built directly into iPhone 12 and later, so a MagSafe PopGrip snaps on without adhesive on those models. Samsung Galaxy phones don't have MagSafe natively, a case with a magnetic ring built in gets you the same snap-on function instead. Adhesive-based PopGrips are a separate issue: they don't stick well to silicone, heavily textured, or waterproof cases regardless of phone model, the Slide Stretch clip-on version is the workaround for that case type rather than a MagSafe-compatible one.
