TheHues Smart Shopping Guide

1. Order Free Swatches Before Placing Your Custom Order
TheHues offers free Curtain Swatches, Shade Swatches, and Swatch Books so you can see, touch, and compare fabrics in your own lighting before committing to a full custom order. Since color and texture can look different on screen than in person, ordering swatches first is the most reliable way to ensure your finished curtains match your vision.

2. Take the Curtain Selecting Quiz for Personalized Recommendations
TheHues' free Curtain Selecting Quiz at thehues.com/collections/quiz guides you through your style preferences, functional needs, and room requirements to identify the best curtain options for your specific space. Starting with the quiz before browsing the full catalog makes the decision significantly easier and faster.

3. Use the Visualization Tool to See Curtains in Your Room
TheHues' Visualization Tool at thehues.com/collections/visualization-tool lets you preview how different curtain styles, fabrics, and colors will look in your room before ordering. Using this tool eliminates the guesswork from custom ordering and ensures confidence in your final selection.

4. Book a Free Design Consultation
TheHues offers a free Design Service at thehues.com/pages/free-design-service where expert designers help you choose the right curtains for your space. This is especially valuable for buyers tackling specialty windows, complex rooms, or full-home decorating projects.

5. Request Changes Within 12 Hours of Ordering
All TheHues products are made to order and enter production quickly after purchase. Any cancellation or modification request within 12 hours of placing the order incurs a 10% to 30% fee depending on the production stage. After 12 hours, changes are not possible. Acting immediately if your plans change after checkout is essential.

6. Note That Curtains Are Sold by Single Panel
Each quantity of one on TheHues represents a single curtain panel, not a pair. For a typical window requiring two panels for a full, balanced look, always order a quantity of two. This is one of the most common ordering mistakes for first-time curtain buyers.

7. Check the Sample Sale for the Best Clearance Prices
TheHues' Sample Sale at thehues.com/collections/clearance features discounted ready-made curtains and shades at reduced pricing. If you need window treatments quickly or want to explore styles at a lower price point, checking the Sample Sale before browsing the full custom catalog is always worthwhile.
