Choosing Your Recliner, Delivery & Returns

1. Measure your living room. Check the sofa's width, depth, and height, and allow enough space for the seats to extend when fully reclined.

2. Measure the delivery route. Check doorways, hallways, staircases, and other tight spaces before ordering a large sofa or sectional.

3. Compare reclining features. Decide whether you need wall-hugger positioning, zero-gravity reclining, massage, adjustable headrests, or built-in charging and storage.

4. Choose your upholstery. Compare the available leather and fabric options, including the care requirements and product-specific details.

5. Check the configuration. AlivingHome offers different seating arrangements, including two-, three-, and four-seat sofas, as well as L-shaped and U-shaped sectionals.

6. Review the return policy. Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective returns have a combined return shipping and restocking fee of 20% of the price paid. Written return authorization is required before sending an item back.

7. Check the warranty for your exact model. Coverage varies by furniture type and product. Some three-seater recliner sofas have five-year coverage for the frame, motor, and springs, and three years for fabric and foam.

8. Check Braviero for current AlivingHome coupons and promotions before completing your order.
