Every Chair Sits in One of Three Series

Sihoo makes ergonomic office chairs and height-adjustable standing desks, and every chair in the catalog belongs to one of three series. Doro is the flagship, built around the S300 and the C300 line, carrying the most adjustment and the heaviest engineering. The M series sits in the middle, where most buyers land, trading some of that adjustment for a lower price. The B series is the entry point, aimed at first chairs and secondary desks. Alongside those there are gaming chairs, a leather lounge chair, and two desk products, an electric height-adjustable desk and a height-adjustable side table. Orders ship from five warehouses in the United States and two in Canada.

Two Return Pages That Do Not Agree

Sihoo publishes two return pages and they do not say the same thing. The formal returns policy requires an item to come back unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived in. The customer-facing returns page invites you to try the chair at home with confidence, and accepts a return for buyer's remorse or the wrong model inside thirty days. The formal page also lists what disqualifies a return, and the examples given are spray paint, burns, water damage and improper dismantling, which reads as deliberate damage rather than a few weeks of sitting. The practical reading is that using the chair is fine and the packaging is the part that matters, but the wording leaves room for an argument, so keep the carton.
