Reibii Smart Shopping Guide

1. Buy More and Save More with Bulk Discounts

Reibii's Buy More Save More program offers increasing discounts when you purchase multiple units of the same shelving product. Multi-packs are available in 1-pack, 2-pack, and 3-pack configurations across most shelving lines. Buying a multi-pack is almost always more cost-effective than purchasing individual units separately for garages and basements where multiple shelving units are needed.

2. Check the Flash Sale Before Browsing Full-Price Listings

Reibii's Flash Sale offers $20 off orders of $350 or more and features ongoing markdowns across multiple product categories. Checking the sale section before browsing full-price listings is the fastest way to find premium Reibii storage solutions at the lowest available prices.

3. Verify Weight Capacity Before Ordering

Each Reibii shelving unit has a maximum load capacity clearly stated on its product page. Before purchasing, confirm that the capacity of your chosen model matches or exceeds the weight of the items you plan to store. Never exceed the stated maximum load to ensure safe operation.

4. Measure Your Space Before Ordering Larger Shelving Units

Reibii offers shelving units in a wide range of widths and heights. Measuring your garage, basement, pantry, or room carefully before ordering, including ceiling height and floor space, avoids the need to return large and heavy shelving units due to fit issues.

5. Cancel Before Shipment at No Charge

Reibii allows free order cancellation for unshipped orders. If your plans change after placing an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible and return shipping costs become the customer's responsibility for buyer-initiated returns.

6. Report Damaged Items Within 7 Business Days

If your Reibii order arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 7 business days with your order number, contact details, and photos of the damage. Keep all original packaging materials until your claim is fully resolved as they may be required for the claims process.

7. Install Your Shelving in 10 to 15 Minutes

All Reibii shelving products are boltless and tool-free, designed to be installed in 10 to 15 minutes using the included hardware, clear printed instructions, and a video installation guide. No additional tools or purchases are required for a complete assembly.
