Returns Aren't the Same Across Every Product

Sports Research doesn't use one return policy across the board. Most supplements and general products give you 45 days from the shipment date to start a return, but Activewear specifically is exchange-only, not eligible for a refund, and has its own separate requirements. Any return needs a valid receipt and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with your original order number and purchase email, and once an item reaches the warehouse, processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility either way, and the original shipping charge doesn't come back even on an approved return.
