Why Exchanges Work Differently Here

Dream Pairs doesn't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, you submit a return on the original item and place a separate new order for what you want, rather than swapping in one transaction (see the exchange FAQ above). Two things follow from that. First, place the replacement order promptly, since the size you want can sell out while the return is processing. Second, if the price went up between your original purchase and the new order, customer service can price match within 30 days of the first purchase, worth asking for rather than absorbing the difference. Return shipping is usually the buyer's cost, so getting the size right the first time is worth the extra minute on the size chart.
