Joydeco Smart Shopping Guide

1. Measure Your Windows Carefully

Since Joydeco products are custom-made, always double-check your window measurements before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.

2. Order Fabric Swatches First

If you're unsure about fabric texture or color, order fabric samples before purchasing custom curtains to help avoid unexpected color differences.

3. Choose the Right Light Control

Select blackout curtains for maximum privacy and room darkening, linen curtains for natural light, or sheer curtains to create a bright and airy atmosphere.

4. Customize Every Detail

Take advantage of Joydeco's customization options, including size, lining, header style, and color, to create window treatments that match your décor.

5. Plan Ahead for Production Time

Because products are made to order, allow 2–5 business days for production in addition to shipping time when planning your purchase.

6. Understand the Return Policy

Custom products generally cannot be returned for customer preference. Carefully review your measurements, colors, and configuration before ordering.
