Luggage in Hundreds of Colorways

it Luggage is a privately owned British brand making suitcases and travel bags across a wide range of prices, with a US store run separately from its UK and EU sites. The range covers hardside and softside carry-ons, checked cases, matched sets, underseaters, weekenders, duffels, backpacks and vanity cases. What distinguishes it is breadth of finish rather than premium positioning: the signature collections run to hundreds of designs and colorways, including metallic and textured ranges uncommon at this price. US orders ship free by ground within the contiguous states, with a same-day dispatch cutoff on weekday mornings.

Airline Damage Is the Airline's Problem

Every wheeled suitcase carries a ten-year manufacturer's warranty, and unusually for this category it needs no registration. What it does not cover is the thing that most often damages a suitcase. Transit damage by an airline is excluded outright, along with normal wear, cosmetic marks, zips forced open and locks jammed by a forgotten combination. So the warranty is for manufacturing faults, a handle mechanism that fails or a wheel bearing that gives out, while a case that comes off the belt cracked is a claim against the airline instead. Report that at the airport before you leave. Non-wheeled bags carry one year rather than ten, and the cover runs to the original owner only.
